Bobber (male)
Meet the Tackle Box Litter. 5 sweet little floofs looking for their forever homes! They'll be ready to go into foster or adoptive homes February 2nd! They're about 8 weeks old. Best guess is Malamute X Husky mix of sorts. The littlest one, Tippet, is only 5lbs at the moment. The biggest boy, Bobber, 12lbs. We think they'll be large sized dogs when fully grown. Please reach out if you're interested in fostering or adopting one of these lil' pups! You can find our application here!

Hi, I'm Muffin! I have an estimated date of birth around the end of July. Best guess is that I'm a Husky X Shepherd mix of sorts! Delicious name, right! I'm one of the more outgoing pups from my crew. That is, once I get over my initial cautiousness. Then, I love to play and be a silly puppy. I'm told I have a strikingly beautiful mask on my face. I kinda agree, hehe. Stunning pup, I am! Inside and out! I love getting snuggles in with the humans I trust. I like other dogs a lot too! Husky lovers, where are you? I'm ready to awoooo my way into your heart! Please fill out an application to adopt me!
Hello there, I'm Louie! A 2-ish year old Stafford X, about 45lbs (these are best guesses), ready to become your mini house hippo! The rescue peeps are just getting to know me, but so far I've heard things like "What a sweetheart", "look at your giant head!" (kinda rude, right?), "You are so gentle", so I think I'm making a pretty good impression! I have some wound on my tail that will need a bit of care and I am getting neutered next week. Not sure what that last one's about, but they asked me to write that in here, because I'm "exposed" in one of my pictures? Anyways... I'm a little anxious at the kennel where I'm staying right now and I would love to move into a foster (to adopt) home ASAP. Kennel life is not for me, no thanks! I'd rather curl up on the couch with the humans and go for adventures together.

Being home alone would have to be built up slowly. I'm a strong boy, interested in ALL the smells and still getting used to leash walking, so someone who can handle a little tank, would be great. I am currently proud of my leg lifting skills and want to mark everything as my own, but they told me this will change a bit once I have this "neuter" thing done. I seem to get along with other dogs just fine. Cats, not sure, haven't met those creatures yet. I should be fine with kids, maybe no super tiny ones though, I might knock them over.

Head over to these FERN-folks' application if I sound like a good fit for you, yeah? I'd love to meet my new people soon and get outta here! Thank you for reading,
Louie
Hello hello. My name is Penny. I'm a young (3-4 years old) pitty mix who weighs around 45 lbs. I'm a resilient little lady. With some TLC and a controlled feeding plan, I've bounced back nicely from having puppies and being malnourished. I am now spayed. I was an amazing momma, but I'm not interested in motherhood again.
I'm doing amazing in my foster home. I am a big couch potato and love snuggling. I am a lovely companion for leash walks and sniffaris (I like to take my time, sniff all the roses, you know). When my foster mom is at work, I'm a perfect little angel at home. I hold the fort down and the couch at a perfect pitty-temperature!

I LOVE people. Like....ADORE them. I get so happy and am such a wiggle bum when people give me attention. Watch out for my whipping tail wags! I just can't control myself. I'm very sweet and loving. Food motivated, too! Which means I'll do about anything for treats. Handy for training purposes!
I'm so eager to find a family of my own. I wouldn't mind living with kiddos, but I am a chomper when food is around. 5 years and up would probably be safest when it comes to little humans. I'm doing great with house training. I might be guilty of counter surfing if you leave any goodies on there, so watch out!

I'd do best in a home with no other animals. I prefer being your one and only! I'm selective when it comes to meeting other dogs and would be most comfortable with very slow introductions on leashed walks. I don't mind large dogs that much, but I'm not fond of the little ones. If you have an abundance of love to give, I'd love to hear from you. Please fill out an application to adopt me!
