Adoption & Foster Application

Are you looking to adopt a dog through us? Are you interested in becoming a foster parent? Awesome! We’d love to get to know you!

Please fill out our application, which is the very first step in our adoption or foster process.

For more info about our adoption process, go FAQ And Resources.

If our application form doesn't open on your cell phone, please try filling it out on a laptop or desktop.

We're located in Port Alberni, Vancouver Island, BC Canada. We cannot accommodate out of province adoptions. If you're located on the mainland, please inquire with us to ensure we're accepting off-island applications for the dog you're interested in.

Thank you!
